3. Encapsulation: Add a casing to the LED beads to protect the LED chip and circuit board.


4. Module production: Combine and package multiple LED beads to form an LED display screen module.


5. Screen production: Install LED display screen modules on a metal frame and add components such as controllers and power supplies.


6. Assembly and debugging: After completing the screen production, assembly and debugging are required to test whether the screen can display and respond to signals normally.
